Still working on the re-vamp of the blog and the issue I'm pondering at the minute is that of Rolling Leg Breaks and Flicking Leg Breaks and the fact that it is difficult to know what it is that you do without the use of high speed (Slow Motion) cameras. Having worked on the 'Big Flick' all summer I can bowl with the big flick and if there is some rough to bowl the ball into it does produce a Warnesque Big Leg Break that turns a mile. But, my conventional Leg Break which is produced with a gentle flick from a pronounced cocked wrist is almost as good as the Big Flick version. I'm wondering whether my perceived gentle flick is in fact a decent flick?
